Job Duties:
Incumbent will perform duties as Clinical Nurse II who assumes responsibility and accountability for Surgery Center surgical patients. Provides care to these patients via the nursing process, the development and application of leadership, teaching of patients and staff. Maintains professional standards, and communicates with other health care team members. The Clinical nurse II has basic knowledge of all surgical specialties and can function independently as a circulating nurse and/or scrub nurse in the operating room. Perform other duties as required.
 
Job Qualifications:

Job Duties:
Under general supervision provide professional nursing care of patient, 8N Liver Transplant Unit. Assess plan, develop, document and evaluate patient care plans. Provide guidance to team members by supervising nursing interventions and assigning related tasks. Assess patient, family and staff learning needs and promote effective working relationships.

Job Qualifications:
1、Graduate of an accredited school of nursing, current active California R.N. licensure and clinical skills applicable to nursing specialty, 8N Liver Transplant Unit.
2、Ability to perform historical, physical and behavioral status assessments of patients using appropriate framework.
3、Demonstrated skill in the delivery of patient care, utilizing team, total, primary or functional systems.
4、Skill in implementing appropriate nursing interventions on a consistent basis.
5、Writing skills to document accurately interventions and patient response.
6、Ability to develop and implement and evaluate patient care plan actively involving patients, family, and staff.
7、Knowledge of POMR charting.
8、Skill in setting priorities, organizing workload to effectively administer direct patient care.
